This class is especially helpful for students with health and mobility issues.
Students learn movements from a sitting position, which help to increase circulation, as well as improve joint mobility.
Additional exercises to stretch the back and spine are also introduced to begin increasing overall flexibility, balance and strength.
As students progress, they will also learn the “Seated Mini Set” which includes the first 17 moves from the 108 Tai Chi set.
To add to the Tai Chi experience we also take time for tea and socializing, a perfect way to reduce stress and to keep you smiling.
